This is a hands-on role working closely with the Editor and Sales, playing an important role in producing content for Must Do Brisbane, as well as delivering content, communications campaigns and administrative support for client campaigns.

Key responsibilities

- Working closely with the Editor to coordinate and deliver client campaigns
- Writing engaging editorial content for Must Do Brisbane and our clients
- Researching events, venues, experiences and local stories
- Scheduling and managing social media content across platforms
- Creating engaging social content, including reels, photos and short-form video
- Attending events, venues and activations to capture content
- Assisting with EDM creation and scheduling through Campaign Monitor
- Supporting campaign planning, content calendars and reporting
- Liaising with clients and helping ensure campaign deliverables are delivered on time
- Creating post campaign reports for clients when their campaigns have ended

About you

- A confident and engaging writer with at least 1 years' experience in a relevant communications, journalism, content or media role
- A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Confident creating social content, particularly Reels and short-form video




- Experience taking photos and capturing content on location
- Familiar with social media scheduling and content management
- Ideally experienced with Campaign Monitor or similar EDM platforms
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads Manager or eager to learn more in this space
- Highly organised and able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
- A fast learner who is proactive, resourceful and willing to have a go
- Holds a current Australian driver's licence and is comfortable travelling to venues and events around Brisbane and beyond
