Aboutthe position
The Senior LODE (Learning, Organisational Development &Engagement;) Officer position is responsible for the coordination,design, facilitation and monitoring of learning and developmentoutcomes to meet identified organisational objectives.
- This is a permanantfull-time opportunity located in the ToowoombaCBD.
- The salary range forthis position is $106,377.46 - $113,406.62 gross per annum,plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65%superannuation, or pro rata part-time.

How to be successful in this position
- Hold a Bachelor'sDegree in Human Resource Management, Training and Development,Education or other related field.
- Experience designing,developing and facilitating high-quality workplace learningprograms, including translating organisation requirements andcomplex information into practical, engaging and contextuallyrelevant learning experiences for diverse employeegroups.
- Hold a current 'C'Class driver's license.
- Certificate IV inTraining and Assessment (TAE40122) or the willingess to obtainis desirable.
- The ability to provideprofessional leadership and guidance in learning anddevelopment.
- The ability to managethe end-to-end development and delivery of learninginitiatives.
- Highly developedcommunication and facilitation skills.
- Experience andproficiency in the use of contemporary learning technologies,including e-learning authoring tools, multimedia applications,and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Alignment withCouncil's values.
