Connect People has an exciting opportunity for a Civil Spotter/Labourer to join our client in Blaxland, NSW on an ongoing basis.

Our client is a privately owned civil contractor with over 55 years of combined leadership experience in civil and streetscape construction. They deliver works across streetscapes, bulk earthworks, drainage infrastructure, retaining walls, environmental construction, stormwater harvesting, and paving and stonemasonry.

The details:

- Hourly rate of $40 plus a $26 daily travel allowance
- Standard overtime rates for any overtime worked
- Dayshift Monday-Friday
- 7am starts, finish typically between 3:30pm and 5pm
- Plenty of free parking on site

What you'll be doing:

- Machine spotting
- Assisting with crushed rock installation
- Mesh installation
- General labouring duties on an active civil construction site
