Civil Site Supervisor Sites Located North of the River | Perth, WA $130,000 - $160,000 base + super + vehicle + fuel provided An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join a well-established civil contractor delivering a strong pipeline of residential subdivision and land development projects across Perth.

This is a permanent opportunity suited to a hands-on Supervisor who enjoys being close to the work, leading crews and subcontractors, and taking ownership of site delivery from start to finish.

The Opportunity Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of civil construction works , ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You'll coordinate site crews, subcontractors and resources while maintaining strong communication across the project team and ensuring programme, quality and safety requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities
- Lead site crews and subcontractors, allocating resources and monitoring productivity




- Work closely with Project Managers to achieve programme, cost, quality and safety targets
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, engineers and other project stakeholders
- Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to the project team
- Maintain high standards across HSEQ and site compliance
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact programme or productivity
- Assist with project planning, scheduling and resource allocation
- Conduct site inspections and ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications
- Maintain accurate site records, reports and project documentation

What we're looking for
- 3+ years' experience as a Civil Supervisor within civil construction
- Strong experience across subdivision, earthworks, drainage or land development projects
- Proven ability to lead crews and subcontractors effectively
- Strong understanding of construction safety, quality and environmental requirements
- White Card
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Current WA Driver's Licence
