Cleaner / Receptionist – Motel
Comfort Inn On Raglan – Warrnambool, VIC
We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking and friendly Cleaner / Receptionist to join our team at Comfort Inn On Raglan.
This is a varied role suitable for someone who is comfortable working across both motel housekeeping and reception duties.
Key Duties
- Cleaning and servicing motel rooms to a high standard
- Making beds and replacing linen and towels
- Cleaning bathrooms and common areas
- Restocking room amenities
- Checking rooms are ready for arriving guests
- Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in and check-out
- Answering phone calls and guest enquiries
- Taking and managing accommodation bookings
- General reception and administrative duties
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- Friendly and confident when dealing with guests
- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays when required
- Previous motel/hotel cleaning or reception experience is preferred, but training can be provided to the right person
