About the role The current position is for an enthusiastic Part-Time Client Care Co-Ordinator, 2 days per week, Tuesday and Wednesday, 8.30am – 5pm. Your role will focus on providing excellent care and a welcoming environment for our wonderful community of clients.
Key responsibilities
- The "front of house", answering phones, scheduling appointments, data entry, processing orders, taking deliveries, invoicing clients, and management of client information
- Assisting clients with managing their hearing aids, troubleshooting device problems and minor hearing aid repairs and cleaning
- Arranging repairs with manufacturers
- Demonstrating our values on a daily basis with client and team members to ensure a happy, cohesive work environment

- You are competent in daily reception duties and learn new things quickly
- You show valuable problem-solving skills and have a calm approach to complex situations
- You have a clear speaking voice, excellent phone manner,
and good communication skills both in person and online
- You pride yourself on keeping a clean environment and are willing to do the necessary tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming and emptying office bins
- You have excellent Computer skills and are willing to learn our internal systems
- You can follow directions and are happy to receive constructive feedback
