- Report into a friendly Admin Manager

- Up to $75k + Super

FIRM

This represents an opportunity with a well known and established Accounting firm based in Milton. This firm provides their outstanding client base services ranging from tax compliance, advisory, wealth creation and bookkeeping.

POSITION

Due to strong growth the position of Client Services Coordinator has been created.

Reporting into an Admin Manager, the role will involve the following (and not limited to):

- Support the accounting team
- Client relationship management
- Liaising with the ATO
- ASIC Corporate Compliance
- Database management
- PA duties as needed
- Any other administrative duties as required

CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

- 2+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Experience with all facets of public practice administration
- Extensive client relationship management experience




- Experience with cloud based software programs would be highly desirable (XPM, Xero)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to be a team player
