Help turn opportunities into meaningful client relationships

REIF is a national finance and property group helping Australians build wealth through property. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Client Success Coordinator to join our team and play an important role in supporting prospective clients throughout their journey with REIF.

This is a relationship-focused role centred around re-engaging prospective clients, understanding what may be holding them back and helping them take the next step.

Working closely with our Marketing, Sales and Operations teams, you’ll help keep prospects engaged, improve appointment attendance and identify opportunities to progress clients through the sales pipeline.

If you’re confident speaking with people, enjoy building rapport and are motivated by helping create positive client outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for proactively communicating with prospective clients across different stages of the REIF sales journey.

Your goal is to re-engage our pipeline, understand their circumstances, and overcome objections with the intention of progressing the prospect though the journey.

You’ll also work closely with our Sales Strategists to coordinate appointments, nurture prospects and ensure a smooth handover as clients progress through the pipeline.

This is a role where solid communication and relationship-building skills are just as important as organisation, follow-through and accurate CRM management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect Re-engagement: Proactively contact existing REIF prospects, including cancelled appointments, lost opportunities and inactive prospects, to rebuild engagement and identify opportunities to progress.
- Relationship Building: Build genuine rapport and trust with prospects, adapting your communication style to suit different personalities, circumstances and stages of the client journey.
- Pipeline Nurturing: Follow up prospects who have not progressed through each stage of the sales process and provide consistent communication to help keep opportunities moving.
- Appointment Coordination: Support prospects in progressing to the next stage, including booking and rebooking appointments with our Sales Strategists through Calendly.

- CRM Management: Maintain accurate client information, contact details, conversation notes and follow-up tasks within our CRM and ensure information is updated promptly following each interaction.
- Pipeline Management: Monitor prospect activity, identify stalled opportunities and ensure follow-ups are completed within agreed timeframes.
- Client Handover: Ensure prospects are well prepared and smoothly transitioned to our Sales Strategists as they progress through the sales journey.
- Feedback & Insights: Identify recurring objections, questions and themes from prospect conversations and share these insights with the Marketing Manager and wider team.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and feedback to improve scripts, messaging, marketing materials and the overall client experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Operations to support pipeline activity and broader business objectives.

About You You’re a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building genuine relationships. You’re organised, resilient and comfortable taking ownership of your follow-ups and conversations.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Communicates confidently and professionally over the phone and in writing.
- Enjoys building rapport and creating positive experiences for clients.
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple conversations, follow-ups and priorities.
- Has strong attention to detail and understands the importance of accurate CRM records.
- Is proactive and looks for opportunities to improve the way things are done.
- Works well with others and contributes positively to the wider team.
- Takes ownership and follows through on commitments.

Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, sales support, client success, sales or lead nurturing will be highly regarded.

Experience working with CRM systems or within a sales environment is also beneficial, but we’re interested in the person and their potential as much as their previous experience.

Why Join REIF? REIF offers the opportunity to work within a growing business where people are trusted to take ownership and make a genuine contribution.

We have built a supportive and collaborative environment where communication, development and team culture are important parts of how we operate.

As part of the REIF team, you can expect:

- A supportive and collaborative working environment.
- Regular 1:1s and direct access to leadership.
- A culture that values initiative, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Regular team and cultural activities.
- The opportunity to work within a nationally recognised finance and property business.
- An environment where you can develop your skills and take ownership of your role.
- Free on site parking.
