Story Bridge Adventure Climb is looking for Climb Leaders to join our team. This is genuinely one of the best casual jobs in Brisbane - your workplace is the bridge itself, you'll spend your day outdoors and meet people from around the world.

The Role

As a Climb Leader, you'll guide groups to the top of the Story Bridge, delivering a safe, entertaining and unforgettable experience. You'll be part guide, storyteller, entertainer, photographer and safety professional - sharing engaging commentary, taking great photos and creating memorable moments for every climber.

It's a fun and unique job that comes with real responsibility. We provide the training to make sure you're ready - commentary to learn, and safety policies and procedures to master. This role suits someone after a long-term position who loves working outdoors with people, from Brisbane locals to first-time visitors.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

- Confident, engaging and comfortable leading groups
- Brings great energy and enjoys entertaining people
- Has excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety
- Is comfortable working at heights and remains calm under pressure
- Can learn and confidently deliver detailed commentary
- Has an eye for capturing excellent photos
- Is reliable, team-focused and passionate about great customer experiences
- Has flexible availability with Friday, Saturday and Sunday essential




- Must be able to work peak busy periods and New Years Eve
- Holds, or is willing to obtain, a Blue Card and First Aid & CPR Certificate
