About the Role

Join our Mental Health team as a Mental Health Nurse or Clinical Nurse and help deliver compassionate, recovery focused care that supports positive consumer outcomes. Classification will be based on your experience, qualifications and clinical capability within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

- Deliver direct mental health nursing care
- Provide case management and therapeutic support
- Facilitate education, counselling and group programs
- Collaborate with healthcare and community services
- Guide students and less experienced staff
- Contribute to clinical improvement and recovery outcomes

About You You are a compassionate mental health nurse who delivers recovery focused care and works collaboratively to support positive consumer and team outcomes.
- AHPRA registration with mental health qualification
- Deliver therapeutic mental health nursing care
- Support consumers, carers and multidisciplinary teams
- Guide staff and contribute to positive team culture
- Use clinical systems and manage competing priorities effectively
