About the Role

We’re seeking a Clinical Team Leader to oversee daily clinical operations and support our clinicians and dental assistants across the practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced clinical setting, enjoys mentoring others, and brings strong organisational and communication skills. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth clinical flow, maintaining high standards of care, and fostering a warm, inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily clinical workflow and chairside support
- Coordinate clinicians, assistants, room turnover and patient flow
- Maintain clinical standards, infection control and compliance
- Support onboarding, training and development of clinical staff
- Assist with rostering,



stock management and workflow optimisation
- Champion a positive, kind and collaborative team culture

About You

- Strong communication and leadership skills
