Cluster Manager – Luxury Jewellery

Who in the Zoo is partnering with a leading Australian jewellery business to find an experienced Cluster Manager to lead a portfolio of stores across Perth .

The Role

As Cluster Manager, you will take ownership of the performance, culture and operations across multiple Perth locations, working closely with Store Managers to drive commercial results and ensure the brand's luxury customer experience is consistently delivered.

You will

- Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and retail teams
- Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance across your portfolio
- Analyse store performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Build a strong culture of accountability, engagement and high performance
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain luxury brand standards
- Coach teams on clienteling, relationship building and sales performance
- Oversee staffing, rostering, labour budgets and operational standards
- Partner with senior leadership on retail strategy and business growth
- Recruit and develop outstanding retail talent
- Be highly visible across stores and lead from the front

About You You will be an experienced Cluster Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager or Senior Multi-Site Retail Manager with a strong background in premium or luxury retail.

You will bring

- Proven experience managing multiple retail stores
- Strong commercial and sales leadership capability
- A genuine passion for luxury retail, jewellery and customer experience
- Experience developing and motivating Store Managers
- A track record of delivering against KPIs and sales targets
- Strong clienteling and relationship-management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A polished, professional and hands-on leadership style




- The ability to balance commercial performance with exceptional service
- Experience within jewellery, luxury fashion, beauty or premium retail highly regarded
