As a CNC Machinist at Lencom, you'll play a crucial role in our precision manufacturing process. You'll work with advanced CNC machinery to create high-quality components and products. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision components.

✅ Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure accurate production.

✅ Programming and editing CNC programs.

✅ Performing routine maintenance on machines.

✅ Ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

✅ Collaborating with a talented team to meet production goals.

✅ Liaising with the engineering team in R&D; and prototyping

✅ Maintaining a safe and organised work environment.

Requirements

To excel in this role,



you should possess the following attributes:

- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.

- Experience with Okuma Lathe OSP and Mistubishi Machining Centres would be an advantage.

- Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operation.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Team player with strong communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

- Continuous improvement mindset.
