We are looking for a commercially minded and highly organised professional to support our growth through:

- Lead generation and pipeline development
- CRM Management and commercial reporting
- Proposal and sales enablement support
- Marketing campaigns, LinkedIn, website, content creation and social media
- Market research and competitor intelligence
- AI-driven commercial and marketing automation

Working closely with the Head of Technical Sales, you will help build a scalable commercial engine that generates qualified opportunities and strengthens Pelleton's market presence, while not carrying direct sales quotas or deal-closing responsibilities.

What we're looking for

- 5+ years in Commercial operations, B2B Marketing,



lead generation, sales operations or business development support
- Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn outreach and digital/social marketing
- Strong communication, organisation and project coordination skills
- Renewable energy, waste management or industrial sector (experience highly regarded)

Australia or New Zealand (remote/flexible) Clean-tech scale-up workplace
