Role Description This full-time Commercial Real Estate Agent role is based in the growing Hills district and operates in a hybrid model, combining on-site work with some flexibility to work from home, if required. The position involves prospecting for new commercial and industrial listings, conducting property inspections, and managing the sales and leasing process from initial inquiry through to settlement or lease execution.

The agent will prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, investors, and business stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include market research, preparing marketing materials, updating CRM and listing platforms, coordinating with property management, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. The role also requires regular reporting on pipeline activity and collaborating with colleagues to deliver consistent, professional service aligned with First National Commercial standards.
