Nichols Crowder is seeking a motivated Commercial Sales Executive to join our Moorabbin team and work across Melbourne’s active Bayside and South East commercial and industrial property market.

This is an prospect for a driven salesperson to work closely with experienced Directors, build relationships with property owners and develop a strong presence within an established industrial market.

The role

You will focus on sourcing new business and identifying sales and leasing opportunities, including:

- Prospecting and canvassing property owners

- Building relationships with investors and business owners

- Identifying sales and leasing opportunities

- Conducting inspections and following up enquiries

- Assisting with appraisals, listings and campaigns

- Working alongside Directors on transactions

- Building your own database, pipeline and market profile

- Developing strong knowledge of the local industrial market

About you

You will ideally have

- Previous sales experience

- Property or real estate experience preferred
- A current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate

- Strong prospecting and business development skills

- Confidence dealing with property owners and business people





- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- A proactive, team-focused attitude

- Current driver’s licence

Commercial property experience is highly regarded, however we are also interested in strong salespeople looking to build a long-term career in commercial real estate.
