About us

Interchange Australia is an award-winning organisation enabling people to live independently. We have been providing services for 40 years, to people living in the south-western Sydney, Southern Highlands and Southern Tablelands communities.

About the role

- Permanent Part-time Registered Nurse around Queanbeyan, ACT and surrounds.

- Initially 3 days per week, days negotiable, with potential to increase.

- Work with Aged care clients, completing initial and 3-monthly nursing reviews

- Complete case notes and clinical documentation

- Complete nursing interventions, such as wound care, clinical escalation and medication concerns

- Provide clinical support and advice to our Support at Home Coordinators

About you

- You have a Bachelor of Nursing ,



and a current AHPRA registration

- 5 years clinical experience; including wound care and catheter care

- Experience working with aged care clients

- You are able to work independently and within a team

- You are able to travel to clients houses

- Excellent communication shills, verbal and written

- Willingness to learn a new system
