Community Services Traineeship (Certificate III) x 2 Positions

Location: Liverpool or Campbelltown

Duration: Full-time, 12-month fixed term with the potential for extension

About the Role:

This full-time traineeship is a outstanding opportunity for someone who’s looking to build a career in Community Services. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals while completing your Certificate III in Community Services, gaining hands-on experience in supporting individuals and engaging with the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting participants upon their arrival
- Assisting participants with scheduling appointments, job search, and any general enquiries
- Entering data into various systems
- Drafting resumes for participants
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to internal policies and procedures
- Support the team with administrative tasks, data entry, reporting, inbound and outbound calling

About You:

- Enthusiastic about helping others and making a difference with a people-focused approach
- Eager to learn and committed to completing the Certificate III in Community Services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, reliable, and a team player
- Qualified and friendly phone manner
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, online forms)
- No prior experience required
- Recent HSC graduates are encouraged to apply
- Be willing to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, Working with Children Check and other checks as deemed necessary
- Be eligible to work in Australia
- Be able to work full-time hours onsite, Monday to Friday

To be eligible for this traineeship, you must:

- Hold Australian work rights
- Not already hold a qualification equal to or higher than Certificate III in Community Services
- Be able to commit to full-time work and study
