Technical Expertise. Practical Impact.
Our client is an established specialist food-industry advisory with more than 20 years of trusted client relationships. Due to continued demand, they are seeking a capable and commercially minded Compliance and Regulatory Manager to provide high-level regulatory, auditing and technical support to clients across Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East. This is not a routine, site-based compliance position, but a dynamic and fast-paced role with a high level of variety.
You will work across varied short- and long-term projects, helping clients interpret regulatory requirements, strengthen food safety systems and make informed decisions about technical and commercial risk.
Remote-based and highly autonomous, the position would suit someone who can confidently take ownership of projects, build credibility with clients and deliver practical solutions without requiring close supervision.

- Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients and become a valued extension of their businesses.
- Travel will be required,
along with the flexibility to respond to changing project and client priorities.
About You You are an experienced food-industry professional who combines strong technical capability with sound judgement, initiative and commercial awareness.
You communicate professionally, work well autonomously and are comfortable engaging with everyone from production teams through to business owners and senior executives. Importantly, you can move beyond identifying a problem to helping clients develop a practical and workable solution.

- Robust knowledge of effective allergen management.
- The ability to apply food technology and/or food microbiology principles within foodservice or food-manufacturing environments.
