Your Key Tasks Include

- Process and build prescription orders accurately and efficiently

- Respond to client enquiries on the phone, email and in-store

- Assess priority and escalate enquiries appropriately when beyond your scope

- Provide exceptional customer service and a positive, caring pharmacy experience

- Maintain compliance with regulations and guidelines to uphold patient safety and confidentiality

- Assist with order and shipping preparation, and other dispensary support duties

What Makes You a Good Fit

- Previous experience in a pharmacy dispense tech role is required for this position

- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems

- Able to multitask effectively

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy to ensure error-free data entry

- Ability to persistently focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate with kindness

- Proven ability to work swiftly and efficiently,



meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks

- Community pharmacy certificates ideal, but not mandatory

- Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
