CONCRETE WORKER / FINISHER / LABOURER

We can teach you slipform. We can’t teach you work ethic. That part needs to come with you.

Kelly & Co Slipform is looking for Concrete Workers, Slipform Kerb Finishers and Labourers to join our growing team.

Experienced in concrete? Great. New to slipform but keen to learn? Even better.

We’re after people who turn up, get stuck in and take pride in their work.

THE JOB

You’ll work as part of a professional slipform crew delivering kerbing, concrete barriers and paving across South East Queensland and Northern NSW.

Your work will include

- Concrete finishing and handwork
- Assisting with slipform kerbing and concrete placement
- Formwork and basic carpentry
- General concrete and civil construction
- Assisting with machinery and equipment
- Keeping the site safe, clean and organised

YOU’LL NEED
- Concrete, civil, formwork or similar experience — or a willingness to learn
- A good work ethic and willingness to get stuck in
- White Card
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Safety boots, hi-vis long sleeves and long pants
- The ability to work outdoors and handle physically demanding work





THIS JOB WILL TAKE YOU PLACES Our work takes us across SEQ and Northern NSW .

That means you need to be comfortable with:

Travel • Early starts • Night work • Overnight stays

Some projects will require you to stay away for multiple nights , so being flexible with travel is essential.
