What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead, mentor, and develop your Ops, Area, and Store Managers to deliver exceptional results.

- Build and execute strategies that grow sales, lift KPIs, and drive profitability.

- Champion world-class VM, customer experience, and team culture.

- Collaborate nationally to share ideas, challenge the norm, and stay ahead of the competition.

- Manage wages, expenses,



and stock levels to maximise performance.

- Plan and deliver exciting current store openings.

About You:

5 years experience as a State Manager or senior retail leader.

- Proven success in driving sales, lifting KPIs, and leading large teams.

- Strong commercial and financial skills — you know your numbers.

- Passionate, positive, and solutions-focused with a ‘make it happen’ mindset.

- A natural people leader who inspires, engages, and develops talent.

- Flexibility to travel and a valid driver’s license.
