Experienced Concrete Tilt Panel Patcher - Immediate Start

D & M Panel Repairs Pty Ltd is a well-established small business with over 20 years' experience in the construction industry, specialising in concrete tilt-panel repairs and finishing.

We are currently looking for an experienced Concrete Tilt Panel Patcher to join our team, working across various commercial and industrial construction sites throughout South East Queensland.

IMMEDIATE START – EXPERIENCED APPLICANTS ONLY

We are specifically seeking someone with proven, hands-on experience in concrete tilt-panel patching and finishing. This is a specialised position, so applicants must have a solid understanding of concrete repair techniques and be confident working independently on-site.

Duties Include:

- Repairing and patching concrete tilt-up panels
- Grinding, grouting and sanding tilt panels to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish
- Identifying and repairing cracks, chips, holes and other surface imperfections
- Conducting visual inspections of completed work
- Mixing and applying appropriate concrete patching materials
- Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Working safely and efficiently across various commercial construction sites

What We Are Looking For:

- Proven experience in concrete tilt-panel patching and finishing is essential
- Strong knowledge of concrete patching techniques, products and materials




- Ability to achieve a high-quality, professional finish
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Own reliable work vehicle
- Current Construction White Card
- High Risk Work Licence – EWP 11 metres or higher
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Fit-tested PPE respirator/mask

Site Safety Requirements:

You will be required to have:

- Hard hat
- Safety boots
- Hi-vis long-sleeve shirt
- Safety glasses
- Safety gloves
- Fit-tested PPE respirator/mask
