Construction Site Manager - 2 newly created positions

With a growing pipeline of commercial and institutional construction projects commencing in the coming months, we have an opening for 2 experienced site managers to join our friendly team. One Site Manager will be experienced in structural new-build projects with a strong focus on safety and quality, with a track record of working on D&C; projects.

The second position is focused on interior fitout projects predominantly in the institutional and office sectors.

All projects are programmed for a 5 day week providing a work/life balance that is rare in the tier 3 construction space.

The Role You will be supported with a dedicated Project Manager, Contract Administrator on all of your projects. Reporting to the Project Manager you will be in charge of all site activities including:

- On site safety
- Quality Management
- Managing and scheduling subcontractors
- Ensuring the project is kept on schedule and budget
- Reporting (Utilizing Hammertech, Procore etc.)
- Run Toolbox meetings
- Reporting to the project manager and relevant stakeholders

- A proven track record of delivering commercial construction projects
- Carpentry background preferred
- Highly value a safe work environment
- An extensive understanding of commercial building practices
- Outstanding communication and time management skills
- Good industry reputation and references to match
