UnitingCare Health’s BlueCare division in Bundaberg is seeking an experienced Head Gardener to lead a grounds and gardening team at Argyle Gardens Retirement Village. The role focuses on maintaining lawns, trees and shrubs, supervising staff, and delivering a secure, welcoming environment for residents and staff.
You will report to the Senior Village Manager, manage contractor work, and contribute to continuous improvement while aligning with the village’s Sense of Place philosophy and budget.
