RACV in Traralgon is seeking a customer service specialist to join our team at the RACV Retail Outlet. You will assist both recent and existing RACV members with enquiries from Home & Car Insurance, Emergency Assistance, Travel Insurance, and Attraction tickets, both in-store and over the phone.

This is a permanent full-time role (38 hours) on a 6-week rotating roster, with extensive training and ongoing support to build a long-term career with RACV.
