As we launch Plumbing Bros Moreton Bay, we’re looking for an experienced Master Plumber to become a key part of the business from day one.

This is more than a plumbing role. You’ll initially be hands-on while taking responsibility for technical leadership, quality, compliance and mentoring. As the business grows, there is a genuine opportunity to develop into a broader management role.

Key responsibilities

- Perform plumbing and gas works as the team is established
- Act as the technical point of contact for the plumbing team
- Mentor plumbers and apprentices and set high standards
- Oversee workmanship, compliance, safety and customer service
- Support quoting and provide technical advice to customers
- Liaise with suppliers, site supervisors and other stakeholders
- Identify variations and ensure they are appropriately managed
- Help develop efficient systems and processes as the business grows

About you

- Certificate III in Plumbing
- Current Queensland plumbing licence




- Gas fitting licence/experience highly regarded
- Construction Industry White Card
- Current driver's licence
- Strong plumbing experience and technical knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A genuine interest in mentoring and leading others
