Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator / Social Media Manager role based in Burleigh Heads, QLD. The role involves planning, producing, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, including photos, short-form videos, captions, stories, and community posts that reflect the brand’s travel-inspired lifestyle.

Responsibilities include managing the content calendar, monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and nurturing an active community. The position also includes brainstorming and executing campaigns, collaborating with the design and marketing teams, and tracking performance metrics to optimize content. The role requires hands-on involvement in content shoots, capturing behind-the-scenes moments,



and staying current with platform trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, visual storytelling, and basic photography or videography.
- Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and scheduling tools.
- Ability to plan and execute content calendars, social campaigns, and collaborations with influencers or partners.
- Comfort working in office in a creative environment, participating in photo/video shoots, and producing content in real time.
- Knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics, with the ability to adjust content based on insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistent brand voice.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passion for travel, coastal lifestyle, and fashion; prior experience in apparel or lifestyle brands is beneficial.
- Proficiency with basic design or editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, mobile editing apps) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in content creation, social media management, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
