Preservation Technologies is a specialist remedial building contractor delivering concrete repairs, waterproofing, façade remediation and structural repair projects across Sydney.
We're looking for a Contract Administrator to work closely with our Project Managers and Site Teams across a range of occupied strata and remedial construction projects.
This is a hands-on role covering the commercial and administrative side of projects from commencement through to completion.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing contracts and project documentation
- Preparing and submitting progress claims
- Preparing, pricing and submitting variations
- Managing subcontractor packages and claims
- Reviewing subcontractor invoices and payment claims
- Maintaining project cost reports and forecasts
- Managing RFIs, notices and contractual correspondence
- Tracking project deadlines and contractual requirements
- Assisting Project Managers with commercial and contractual matters
- Maintaining accurate project records
- Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
- Assisting with project close-out and final accounts
About You
Our ideal candidate will have experience working as a Contract Administrator for a construction contractor, preferably in remedial construction.
Experience with occupied strata projects, waterproofing, concrete repairs or façade remediation would be highly regarded.
We're also open to a bright, capable junior with some construction experience who has the right attitude and ability to learn. If you're organised, commercially minded and keen to develop your skills, we'll provide the support to get you up to speed.

- A good communicator
- Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office
- Technically confident and comfortable learning new software and systems
- Comfortable dealing with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for getting things done
- Practical and solutions-focused
Good IT skills will be an advantage, particularly the ability to work efficiently with Excel, document management systems and other project software.
