Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the procurement process and subcontract award negotiations.
- Oversee monthly progress claims and variations for subcontractors.
- Perform detailed cost reporting and financial forecasting for the project.
- Ensure all contractual documentation complies with project specifications.
- Support the Project Manager with budget management and final accounts.

What You'll Bring:





- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the building sector.
- Local WA experience is favourable
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts and procurement strategies.
- Proficiency in construction-specific financial and project software.
- Excellent negotiation skills and high-level attention to detail.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar.
