Role Description
Expressions of interest for Contract Administrator and or Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enforcing contracts, the development and assessment of contractual claims, and implementing contract management processes. The role may include travel to projects across Australia and Southeast Asia.
Qualifications
- A degree in quantity surveying or construction management is preferable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and present informed recommendations
- Experience in contract administration, procurement, and negotiations
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience with contract management software or tools such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, or Coupa
- Opportunity to learn and develop, supported by experienced professionals in a agile work environment.
