Contracts Administrators — ACUMEN CORP

Acumen Corp is a growing construction and fitout company based in Alexandria, Sydney, delivering high-quality commercial projects across a range of sectors including aviation, hospitality, and commercial interiors.

We are looking for Contracts Administrators to join our team and support the delivery of our project portfolio. You will work closely with our project managers and site teams to manage subcontract packages, progress claims, variations, RFIs, and project documentation from award through to final account.

What we're looking for:

- 2+ years experience in a CA role within commercial construction or fitout

- Confident managing subcontractor correspondence, claims assessment, and EOT processes etc

- Proficient in project management and document control platforms

- Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced project environment
