About Us

Cross Care Parramatta is a growing practice dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality psychological care to our local community. We're looking for a registered psychologist to join us on a contractor basis, seeing clients across a range of presentations.

The Role

We're seeking a qualified and compassionate psychologist to provide therapy services to clients on a per-session/per-client contract basis. You'll have the flexibility to build your own caseload and schedule while being supported by our practice infrastructure.

What you'll do:

- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients (in-person and/or telehealth)
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
- Liaise with GPs and other health professionals as needed (e.g. Mental Health Care Plans)
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes in line with AHPRA and privacy requirements

What We're Looking For
- Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (General or Clinical endorsement)




- Current Medicare provider number (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check
- Own professional indemnity insurance
- Solid communication skills and a client-centred approach
- Experience across a range of presentations (anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.) preferred

Engagement Details
- Contract type: Independent contractor, paid per client/session
- Rate: Negotiable — dependent on experience and qualifications
- Hours: Flexible — set your own availability
- Location: Parramatta clinic, with telehealth options available
