We’re looking for a passionate, reliable, and hardworking Cook to join our team at Hotel Panchos Mexican restaurant! If you love food, enjoy working in a rapid-paced kitchen, and take pride in preparing fresh, delicious meals, we’d love to have you on the team.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for prepping, cooking and plating dishes to a high standard, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, following food safety and hygiene procedures, and working closely with the team to ensure service runs smoothly. We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in a professional kitchen
- Passionate about cooking and quality food
- Fast, efficient, and comfortable during busy services
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Clean, organised, and takes pride in their work




- A positive team player with a great attitude
- Available Thursday through Sunday
