Key Responsibilities

- Prepare traditional Italian dishes like pasta, pizza, risotto, and soups.
- Make fresh sauces such as tomato, Alfredo, and pesto from scratch.
- Cook pasta to the right texture and bake pizzas with a crispy base.
- Follow food safety rules and keep the kitchen clean and tidy.
- Check and manage ingredients to ensure nothing is out of stock.
- Work with the head chef to help with daily food preparation.
- Make sure meals are cooked at the right temperature and served hot.
- Present food neatly and consistently for every order.
- Guide and support junior kitchen staff when needed.
- Adjust dishes to meet customer dietary needs like gluten-free or vegetarian.

Key Requirements:




- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience specializing in Italian cuisine.
- Education: Must hold a relevant qualification in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.
