The successful candidate will have started to gain experience with joint ventures, asset and company acquisitions and disposals, capital raisings for both listed and unlisted clients and an understanding of the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules and general corporate compliance.

Candidates with the following attributes are encouraged to apply:





- 3+ years' experience within Public and/or Private M&A;, Private Equity, Equity Capital Markets and/or Corporate Advisory;
- private practice experience, gained at a reputable law firm in Australia or overseas;
- relevant in-house backgrounds will also be considered;
- candidates with stronger commercial law experience and less corporate skills will also be considered; and
- be a cooperative team member.
