THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate M&A; Lawyer with 3-5 years’ PAE to join a growing corporate practice and work closely with multiple experienced Corporate Partners across sophisticated transactions.

The team has a strong focus on private equity and private M&A;, with the opportunity to gain exposure to listed public company work for lawyers interested in broadening their experience.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across:

- Private M&A; and private equity transactions
- Board and shareholder advisory
- Public M&A;
- Capital raisings and capital markets transactions
- Financing transactions
- Corporate advisory matters
- Other strategic and complex corporate transactions

The role will involve working closely with multiple Corporate Partners, providing exposure to different styles of practice, clients and transactions while allowing you to develop a broad and commercially focused corporate skillset.



You’ll have the opportunity to take meaningful responsibility across transactions and work directly with experienced practitioners who are committed to developing the next generation of corporate lawyers.

ABOUT YOU We’re interested in speaking with Corporate M&A; Lawyers with 3 to 5 years’ PAE who have experience in M&A;, private equity or broader corporate advisory work.





You’ll ideally bring strong technical corporate skills, a commercially minded and practical approach, and a genuine interest in continuing to develop your career across sophisticated transactions.

You’ll be someone who enjoys working collaboratively, is comfortable taking responsibility for your matters and is motivated by working alongside experienced Partners on high-quality transactions.
