Corporate Social Responsibility Manager - ANZ

Supporting not-for-profits through pro bono consulting that help them better serve their communities. As the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager for Australia and New Zealand, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of community impact programs that sit at the intersection of education, technology, sustainability and social innovation. You'll have the opportunity to lead initiatives that create measurable outcomes for students, schools, community groups, employees and not-for-profit partners across the region.
Reporting directly into the APAC CSR leadership team, you'll be empowered to bring fresh ideas, shape new initiatives and build meaningful partnerships while delivering programs that align social impact with business purpose.
Your new role
This is a true end-to-end program management role where no two days look the same.
One day you might be working with education departments and schools to launch a new STEM challenge focused on sustainability and the circular economy. Another day you could be facilitating a work experience program for high school students, briefing executive sponsors, coordinating volunteers, working alongside community partners or helping a not-for-profit organisation access technology expertise that will transform the way it delivers services.
You will be trusted to manage the entire lifecycle of programs, from concept design and stakeholder engagement through to delivery, evaluation and impact reporting.
You'll have the autonomy to improve existing initiatives, introduce new ideas and help shape the future direction of CSR across the ANZ region.
Key Focus Areas
- Education & Future Skills Programs: Lead flagship programs that promote STEM, technology and digital innovation pathways for students. Build relationships with schools, teachers, career advisors, education departments and community partners. Coordinate work experience programs, mentoring initiatives and youth engagement activities. Design engaging experiences that inspire young people to explore technology careers.
- Community & Not-for-Profit Partnerships: Manage partnerships with community organisations and not-for-profits. Support the delivery of pro bono technology and consulting initiatives that create meaningful social outcomes.
- Employee Engagement & Volunteering: Create volunteering opportunities that connect employees to community causes. Coordinate volunteer participation and engagement campaigns. Deliver community initiatives including fundraising, donation drives and environmental activities.
- Foster a culture of social responsibility across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Around 3-5 years experience in community engagement, social impact, CSR, education partnerships, stakeholder engagement or related fields.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and confidence engaging stakeholders from students through to executives.
- Strong project and program coordination experience.
- The ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.
- A genuine passion for creating positive community outcomes.
