About the Role:

Fleet & Fleet customer Sales Leadership

- Define and execute fleet and fleet customer sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets

- Manage the full lifecycle of strategic fleet customers, including large corporates and leasing companies

- Lead negotiations for major projects, annual sourcing, and long-term strategic partnerships

Business Development

- Identify, evaluate, and develop new fleet and B2B business opportunities, including strategic partnerships

- Proactively build relationships with current customers, business and leasing and rental partners

- Explore new go-to-market approaches to drive scalable fleet growth





- Develop business cases and partnership proposals for new opportunities

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to launch new fleet-related business initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in fleet sales, business development, or corporate sales within the automotive or fleet industry

- Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills

- Ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
