WRAD Health, Alcohol & Other Drug Team, is made up of a small number of professionals dedicated to making a difference. The team operates in a supportive and dynamic setting. We are passionate about the work we do. The Alcohol & Drug Team strives to make a difference.
We currently have a full time position in the Alcohol & Other Drug Service.
The position requires experience in the following: –
- one to one counselling, telehealth & phone counselling
- The ability to make referrals where necessary
- To engage with Clients who are referred through the justice system.
- Working with people in a Dual Diagnosis capacity
- A knowledge of the MS Office suite of Programs
- Experience in maintaining a Client Database
The person we seek will have the following: –
- At a minimum, a qualification in Alcohol & Drugs.
- Previous experience in the Alcohol & Other Drug Sector is an advantage.
- Passionate about working with people to support them to achieve their goals.
- Offer a service with a Harm Minimisation lens
- The ability to work within a team.
- A current police check and Working with Children check or ability to obtain.
