Du Cane Brewing is opening a brand new home, the Du Cane Brewery & Dining Hall in Launceston. We seek a Venue Supervisor to oversee floor operations, supervise bar staff, manage bookings in person and by phone, and coordinate with the kitchen to meet daily requirements.
A hands-on role requiring at least 2 years in hospitality, ability to train staff, lead a team, and maintain high standards of customer service. Flexibility to work nights and solid communication are essential.
