HCF is seeking an Operational Risk Manager to partner with leaders across the Chief Operating Officer Group to strengthen risk management and resilience across the division. You will embed enterprise risk frameworks, ensuring risks are identified, assessed and managed in day-to-day operations, while advising on controls, incidents and regulatory obligations.
You will work with stakeholders to embed risk principles in change initiatives and provide insights to senior leaders and governance
