Our teams value collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement, and we are proud to support diverse and inclusive workplaces across Queensland.Some of your responsibilities will include:Leading and managing regional administration support services, including vehicle fleet management, travel and accommodation coordination, reception services, Right to Information requests, and information and records management.Providing leadership and support to a small team through performance management, coaching, mentoring, workforce planning, and staff development.Driving successful business outcomes through effective resource management, performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting.Supporting the delivery of programs and projects by coordinating and undertaking a range of program and project support activities.Ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements, policies, legislation,



and organisational standards.Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support service delivery and business objectives.We're looking for a confident and proactive leader who can analyse information, make sound decisions, and navigate complex challenges with resilience and professionalism. You will be an effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, adapt your approach to different audiences, and foster positive working partnerships.The successful candidate will embrace continuous improvement, actively seek feedback, and identify innovative solutions that support long-term business outcomes.
