Rockpool Residential Aged Care Northshore Hamilton is creating its founding team to launch in Nov 2026. As Rostering and Workforce Manager, you will shape rosters, systems and culture from day one, ensuring every shift is covered and residents receive exceptional care.

You'll lead workforce planning, rostering, recruitment coordination and office administration, reporting to the General Manager and guiding the Concierge team to operate smoothly in a recent, purpose-driven home.
