Unite Resourcing is seeking experienced Spreader / Float Drivers and Trimming Equipment Operators for upcoming civil and road construction projects across WA.

This opportunity is with a well-established Tier 1 civil contractor working across major infrastructure and roadworks projects.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced operators with a strong background in cement spreading, stabilisation works and final trimming, as well as experience operating a range of civil plant.

Successful candidates will support pavement and stabilisation crews across daily production activities while maintaining strong safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate cement spreaders and floats
- Carry out trimming and finishing works
- Operate civil plant including:
- Loaders
- Posi-tracks
- Excavators
- Rollers

- Support stabilisation and pavement construction activities
- Complete daily pre-start inspections and basic equipment checks
- Work to project levels, specifications and production requirements
- Follow site safety procedures and directions from supervisors
- Assist with general civil duties where required

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience with cement spreaders and stabilisation works
- Experience operating loaders, posi-tracks, excavators and/or rollers
- Solid civil construction, roadworks or pavement experience




- Relevant machinery tickets / VOCs
- Construction White Card
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Strong understanding of workplace safety requirements
- Ability to work effectively as part of a civil crew
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
