We are currently looking for a full time Reservations Specialist to join our friendly team.

If you have a real passion for travel, and love to provide great customer service then you could be the person we are looking for.

This position will be responsible for managing reservations for our retail and wholesale clients to our unique and fascinating destinations worldwide, while always building and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.





Key Information

- Work from home anywhere in AU

- Monday to Friday 8-30am-5pm only

Skills and experience required

- 3 years travel industry experience, including cruise sales, preferably with expedition cruises
- An understanding and passion for travel

- Excellent communication skills written and oral

- Able to work independently

- Organised with good time management and attention to detail

- Passionate about creating experiences of a lifetime for our guests

- Ability to manage and develop client relationships and contribute to a team workplace that encourages this approach
