At TOMRA, our Customer Experience Ambassadors (aka Loopers!) are the friendly faces behind the Containers for Change Scheme. Every day, our Loopers help customers recycle, reduce waste, and contribute to a cleaner future for our communities. Whether you're greeting customers with a smile, helping someone use our machines, or keeping the centre looking its best, you'll play an important role in creating an experience that keeps customers coming back again and again.

What a day in the life of a Looper looks like:

- Welcoming customers and answering their questions
- Helping people recycle and supporting the Containers for Change Scheme




- Creating positive experiences through exceptional customer service
- Keeping the recycling centre clean, safe, and presentable
- Carrying out basic cleaning and maintenance of our reverse vending machines
- Spotting and reporting safety hazards to keep everyone safe
- Pitching in wherever needed to support the team

Answers to some commonly asked questions:

- Pay is calculated above Miscellaneous Award Rate (including penalties) starting from $30.75 per hour for Adults
- Role is offered as a part time opportunity working across 3 days- Saturday, Sunday and Mondays 9am-2pm
- Background checks include a federal police check, Pre-employment medical assessment including drug and alcohol screening
