The role

This isn’t just about answering customer enquiries.

You’ll be one of the people our customers trust to help them make the right choice — particularly when they can’t touch, try on or see the product in person.

That means really knowing our product.

You’ll understand how a garment fits, how a fabric feels and falls, which shapes work differently on different bodies, and what to recommend when a customer says, “I’m usually a 14, but I’m not sure about this style - what size would you suggest?”

You’ll combine that product knowledge with warm, genuine service to make online shopping feel personal.

You’ll work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, rostered between 8.00am and 5.00pm. Mondays are essential.

This is a 6-month Full-Time Contract.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll spend your days

- Talking with customers across phone, email, live chat and social media, providing rapid, friendly and genuinely helpful service.

- Becoming an expert on the Blue Bungalow range - knowing our garments, fabrics, sizing, fit and styling inside out.

- Giving confident, practical fit, sizing and styling advice based on the individual customer -not just reading a size chart.

- Helping customers put outfits together and suggesting alternatives when something isn’t quite right.

- Making customers feel comfortable asking the questions they might not always feel comfortable asking in a store.





- Managing the practical side too - updating customer details, amending orders, processing new orders and helping with returns and exchanges.

- Working closely with the broader team to share what customers are telling us about our products, fit and experience.

Who we’re looking for

We’d love someone who genuinely knows and loves clothes.

You might come from fashion retail, styling, fashion customer experience or another role where understanding product and helping women find the right fit has been a big part of what you do.

You’ll ideally bring

- Strong knowledge of garments, fabrics, fit, sizing and styling.

- Experience helping women navigate different shapes, sizes and fit preferences with confidence and sensitivity.

- Previous experience in fashion retail, customer experience or a contact centre environment.

- Brilliant communication skills - warm and natural on the phone and just as good in writing.

- Confidence using technology and learning current systems quickly. Experience with Gorgias is a bonus.

- The ability to move quickly, solve problems and use good judgement rather than waiting to be told what to do.

- A genuine desire to give customers an experience that makes them want to come back.

Most importantly, you’ll understand that great customer experience isn’t just being friendly. It’s knowing enough to actually help.
