SearchX is Queensland's leading seller disclosure business and a rapid growing PropTech (property technology) company, with a growing range of additional products across the property market. In the last year our technology helped over 15,000 people transact in Queensland.

We're changing the way property transactions are supported, and we're looking for a capable, highly organised Order & Customer Service Team Member to join our growing team.

This is a varied, cross trained role across Order Operations, Body Corporate, Review and Customer Service. You'll build real end to end knowledge of how our operation runs, not just one slice of it.

The role covers

- Processing and managing property search orders
- Coordinating Body Corporate documentation and requirements
- Reviewing completed orders for accuracy and completeness
- Managing enquiries from vendors, agents and conveyancers




- Investigating and resolving issues before they reach the client
- Keeping records accurate across our systems
- Supporting the wider Operations team as workflow and priorities shift

Customer service sits at the heart of this role. We want someone who takes ownership, investigates properly and comes back with clear answers rather than passing the problem on.

You'll suit this role if you have exceptional attention to detail, stay organised across competing priorities, communicate confidently and professionally, enjoy solving problems and are comfortable working across multiple systems. Experience in property, conveyancing, legal operations, Body Corporate or a similar service based environment is highly regarded.
