Since launching in 2018, the business has achieved significant growth across our retail, wholesale and custom design channels by building a trusted reputable brand through its quality products and its core values which include genuine customer care, creative thinking and a constant willingness to improve.

Our custom design service is at the heart of what we do, where we help customers turn their logos and stories into unique custom branded headwear they are proud to wear and share.

We are now looking for a creative and capable Customer Service Coordinator to join our small team and help us deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first enquiry through to the finished product.

About the role

This role sits at the centre of our custom design customer experience. In this role, you will review and follow up customer leads and then help guide customers from their initial enquiry through to the order journey which includes artwork development, artwork approval, sampling, production and final delivery.

Accordingly, the role requires an ability to gather and interpret artwork briefs, to assist with artwork / design concept development, and the coordination of projects through to production and delivery.

The role will also provide customer support and service to our retail customers.

What you’ll be doing

- Customer service for our retail and custom design customers
- Customer lead coordination and accurate record keeping




- Creative artwork/design development using Canva or similar design tools
- Project/Order coordination from enquiry to order to delivery

What we’re looking for

- Strong customer service skills
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- Artwork/Design experience ideally using Canva, and familiarity with tools such as Illustrator or Photoshop will be viewed favourably

Role details

This is a part-time position commencing at 10–15 hours per week with a level of flexibility around start and finish times. It is likely to suit someone looking for a flexible part-time role during school hours or across selected weekdays.

We see this as a role with genuine growth potential, as such, there may be scope to increase hours and expand responsibilities over time and as the business continues to grow. We are open to shaping the role around the strengths, contribution and ambitions of the person who joins us.
